Synopsis:
In the wake of her daughter Chloe’s mysterious death, grieving mother Amy embarks on a harrowing journey through a world of secrets and shattered illusions, unraveling both Chloe’s enigmatic past as a gifted Chinese international student in Toronto and the haunting specter of her own narcissistic upbringing. 

Theme:
The film is about the impact of narcissistic parenting on two generations and sheds light on mental health issues such as Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) and suicide.
